How much does the WhatsApp Business API actually cost in 2026?

Layer 1 — Meta's per-message fees

Since July 2025 Meta charges per message, not per conversation. Replies you send inside WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window are free and unlimited — Meta removed the old "1,000 free conversations" cap in late 2024.
